5. Interaction of the Legislative Assembly with the executive authorities of the Omsk region
The most important area of interaction between the Legislative Assembly and the Governor of the Omsk Region is the legislative process.
In 2013, the Governor of the Omsk Region and the Government of the Omsk Region submitted 56 draft laws of the Omsk region (55.4 % of all the regional bills submitted to the Legislative Assembly).
Bills submitted to the Legislative Assembly by other subjects of the right of legislative initiative were sent to the Governor of the Omsk Region and the Government of the Omsk Region for comments and suggestions.
In accordance with Article 26 of the Law of the Omsk Region "On the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region" on June 20, 2013, the Legislative Assembly heard a report from the Governor of the Omsk Region V.I. Nazarov on the results of the activities of the Omsk Region Government for 2012.
On October 24, the Legislative Assembly heard a report "On the main directions of the budget, economic and social policy of the Omsk region in 2014 (the message of the Governor of the Omsk Region by the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region on the state of affairs in the Omsk region)".
In order to ensure interaction and coordination of the activities of the Legislative Assembly and executive bodies of state power of the Omsk region, the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly and deputies of the Legislative Assembly took part in meetings of the Government of the Omsk region, events held by executive bodies of state power of the Omsk region.

6. Interaction with local government bodies of municipalities of the Omsk region

On September 8, on a single voting day in 25 municipal regions of the Omsk region, elections were held to local authorities.
7. Other areas of activity of the Legislative Assembly
Decisions of the Legislative Assembly approved a plan of the bill works of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region for 2013 and the plan of the main measures dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region.

determining the procedure for appointing representatives of the public to the qualification board of judges of the Omsk region and members of the Election Commission of the Omsk region from the Legislative Assembly.
In accordance with the Law of the Omsk Region No. 303-OZ "On the magistrates of the Omsk Region", the Legislative Assembly in the period under consideration appointed 22 magistrates of the Omsk region.
In accordance with the Federal Law of March 14, 2002 No. 30-FZ “On the Bodies of the Judicial Community in the Russian Federation,” the Legislative Assembly carried out the procedure for appointing public representatives to the qualification board of judges of the Omsk region.
Resolutions of the Legislative Assembly determine the participation of deputies of the Legislative Assembly V.G. in the commission for regulating social and labor relations. Berezhny and D.S. The Legislative Assembly heard a report of the Commissioner of the Omsk Region for Human Rights on Compliance with the Rights and Freedoms of Human and Citizen in the Omsk Region in 2012.
The youth chamber of deputies at the Legislative Assembly (hereinafter referred to as the Youth Chamber) formed in the new composition began work.
