Dear users!

The "Documents" module of the official website of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region omskparlament.ru It is intended for organizing user access to the electronic database of regulatory legal acts adopted by the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region.

The publication of normative legal acts on the website in the "Documents" section performs a reference and information function and does not generate legal consequences.

Please note that in accordance with Article 37 of the Law of the Omsk Region dated November 21, 2002 No. 409-OZ "On Regulatory legal Acts of the Omsk region", the official publication of regional laws, resolutions of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region of a regulatory nature is considered to be the publication of their full text in the following official publications: the newspaper "Omsk Bulletin"; "Vedomosti The Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region".

The online database of regulatory legal acts adopted by the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region is updated at least once a month.

Document search rules

The "Document name" field is used in cases where the name of the document or individual or adjacent words (phrases) from this name are known.

The "Signature date" field is used for searching in cases where the exact or approximate date of signing of the document is known.

There are two ways to enter the date:

• Using the keyboard, we type the desired date (day.month.year). The system allows you to enter any character as a separator.
• Click on the button to the right of the window and select the desired date with the mouse in the calendar that appears: year – 2008; month – May; day – 1.

In the "Type of document" field, select either "Law of the Omsk region" or "Resolution of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region". If the value "all" is selected, then the search result will be both the laws of the Omsk region and the resolutions of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region.
