About the commission of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region
to control the reliability of information on income, property and
obligations of a property nature, represented by deputies
Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region
 
In accordance with Article 12 of the Federal Law "On General Principles of Organization of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of State Power of the Subjects of the Russian Federation", Article 29 of the Law of the Omsk Region "On Committees (Commissions) of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region DECIDES:
 
1. To form a commission of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region to control the reliability of information on income, property and property obligations represented by deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region.
2. To elect a commission of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region to control the reliability of information on income, property and property obligations, represented by deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region, in the following composition:

1)Vasily Nikolaevich Arkhipov, deputy from the Omsk regional branch of the political party "COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION";
2)Berezovsky, Vladimir Alexandrovich, deputy for constituency No. 12;
3)Berendeev Anton Yuryevich, deputy from the Omsk regional branch of the LDPR – Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Political Party;
4)Dubovsky Evgeny Yurievich, deputy for constituency No. 22;
5) Yelovik Evgeny Alexandrovich, deputy from the Omsk regional branch of the All-Russian Political Party UNITED RUSSIA.

3. To elect Deputy Berezovsky Vladimir Alexandrovich as the chairman of the commission of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region for monitoring the reliability of information on income, property and property obligations represented by deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region.

4.To elect the deputy chairman of the commission of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region for the control of the reliability of information
on income, property and obligations of a property nature, represented by deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region, Deputy Vasily Nikolaevich Arkhipov.
5. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its adoption.
