This is the formation and adoption of the budget for 2025, the implementation of national projects, including new ones, strengthening parliamentary control over the implementation of state programs, support for large families and others. One of the priorities is helping SVO participants and their families.

Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Alexander Artemov greeted those gathered and declared the autumn session open. After which, traditionally, at the beginning of the new session, the Anthem of the Omsk Region was performed.

“Today we have the first meeting of the autumn session. First of all, I would like to convey my best wishes to Governor Vitaly Pavlovich Khotsenko. He is successfully working for the benefit of the voters of the region. Today he is on a business trip.
The work of the deputy corps practically did not stop all summer. And the deputies worked in the constituencies, and the factions continued their work, said the speaker of parliament.

– Active work went on during these months with new territories. On the anniversary of the reunification of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye region and Kherson region with the Russian Federation, an Agreement on interparliamentary cooperation will be signed between the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region and the People's Council of the Lugansk People's Republic. This will happen in the coming days."

Alexander Artemov expressed his gratitude to his colleagues, volunteers, all caring Omsk residents who directly visit new regions and work in these territories, participate in the formation and dispatch of humanitarian aid.

The Chairman of the Legislative Assembly outlined the key priorities for the work of deputies for the autumn session:

“This is the formation and adoption of the budget for 2025, which should preserve all social obligations. We are already carrying out such work. Vadim Aleksandrovich has already held a number of meetings with us and will continue this practice. In general, the financial and economic bloc of the government holds meetings with the deputy corps and factions , Council of the Legislative Assembly. (Vadim Chechenko - Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, Minister of Finance of the Omsk Region. - Note)

Of course, today the focus is on the implementation of national projects, including five new ones, the launch of which was announced by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. In this regard, we will need to strengthen parliamentary control over the implementation of state programs.

Of course, the focus is on pressing issues that concern our voters, Omsk residents, and the region as a whole. These are issues of municipal infrastructure - heat, water, gas, solid waste, firewood.

It is necessary to continue legislative support for municipal reform.

We will continue to create a favorable investment climate in the region."

Noting that the Year of the Family continues in our country, the Speaker of Parliament emphasized: “The consideration of issues of supporting large families will continue.”

“Next year is the year of the 80th anniversary of the Victory. We will pay great attention to this issue during the session,” said Alexander Artemov.

- I appeal to the leadership of the Youth Chamber of Deputies under the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, the Council of Chairmen of Representative Bodies of Municipal Districts of the Omsk Region and the Omsk City District: I also ask you to intensify your work and pay attention to topical issues that concern Omsk residents.

Dear colleagues, issues of assistance to participants in a special military operation, support for their families - this will be one of our priorities in our work today."

As part of the agenda of the parliamentary meeting, it was considered
more than 40 questions. These include draft laws providing for the establishment of quotas for admission
for the employment of disabled people by employers whose number of employees exceeds
35 people, regulation of issues of placement of summer cafes, introduction
