The issues of providing agricultural enterprises with personnel, primarily young ones, were discussed today at a meeting of the Youth Chamber of Deputies at the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region, held in the congress hall of the regional Expocenter. The meeting was held in the format of Section No. 5 "Staffing of enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Omsk region: youth career guidance, education and management system" of the VII Interregional Scientific and Practical Conference on "Innovative technologies, weapons and military equipment systems, science and education" ("Armor-Omsk-2014)
A wide range of participants gathered to discuss the topical topic of personnel training for the defense industry: deputies of the regional parliament and the Youth Chamber of Deputies at the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region, representatives of the regional ministries of Education, Labor and social development, youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports, the Main Directorate of the State Employment Service of the Omsk region, universities, departments for personnel management of enterprises the military-industrial complex of the Omsk region and other interested organizations.
The meeting participants heard reports on the regional youth career guidance system as a factor in staffing the defense industry enterprises of the Omsk region, the development of the regional education system to provide personnel to defense industry enterprises, the personnel management system of defense industry enterprises of the Omsk region. During their discussion, a serious conversation took place, during which deputies, representatives of educational institutions and defense enterprises outlined the main problems, as well as expressed their proposals to address the issues of training young personnel.
It was noted, in particular, that in the Omsk region, the foundations for the formation of a vocational guidance system are laid in the Concept of developing relations in the field of labor and employment of the population of the Omsk region until 2020. The education system of the Omsk Irtysh region, in accordance with the legislation, is aimed at providing educational services that help meet the needs of enterprises and organizations in the Omsk region for qualified personnel. The participants also agreed that new trends have already emerged recently, contributing to the growth of the attractiveness of defense industry enterprises as a field of employment. Summing up the meeting, the participants reviewed the draft recommendations.
New Chairman and Deputy
At the next meeting, deputies prematurely terminated the powers of Mikhail Mikhailovich Karakoz, chairman of the Youth Chamber of Deputies at the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, from April 25, 2014 in connection with the early termination of his powers as a deputy of the regional parliament. Then Natalia Nikolaevna Ivanova, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region, who had previously held the position of deputy chairman of the Youth Chamber, was elected as the new chairman. Igor Vitalievich Kolodezhny, Chairman of the Youth Chamber of Deputies at the Council of the Omsk Municipal District of the Omsk region, was elected deputy.
During the meeting, the Youth Chamber heard and took note of information from the Ministry of Culture of the Omsk region on the holding of the Year of Culture in the Omsk region. It was also decided to take into account information on the implementation of the Law of the Omsk region "On Youth Policy in the Omsk region" on the territory of the Isilkulsky municipal district of the Omsk region. In addition, the deputies approved the work plan of the Youth Chamber for 2014. Other issues were also considered.
