According to the draft law, the powers to dispose of the territory of the city of Omsk, land plots for which state ownership is not demarcated will be carried out by local government bodies of the city of Omsk. It is assumed that the adoption of the draft law will lead to a reduction in the time frame for the provision of land plots. Then the committee deputies and the leadership of the Main Directorate for Land Resources of the Omsk Region (GUZR) widely discussed issues of state policy in the field of land relations.
