Interaction between authorities

At the Territorial Administration of the Federal Agency for State Property Management in the Omsk Region, a working meeting was held between deputies of the property committee of the regional parliament with specialists from the TU Rosimushchestvo in the Omsk Region and the Ministry of Property Relations of the Omsk Region

The meeting, organized at the initiative of the Property Committee, was devoted to issues of interaction between legislative and executive authorities of the region and federal territorial authorities in the field of property relations. They discussed the procedure for accounting for federal property, the privatization of state property, including privatization plans, and, accordingly, the mechanisms for interaction between government bodies on these issues. The topic of bankruptcy of organizations, both industrial and agricultural, was widely discussed. The event participants paid special attention to the upcoming changes to federal legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy), noting the need for these changes.
Such meetings, of course, provide an opportunity not only to evaluate the practice of applying regulatory legal acts, but also to identify issues that need to be addressed in order to further improve legislation.
