In their including the laws “On Amendments to the Code of the Omsk Region on Administrative Offenses" and "On the Introduction amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region "On the Coat of Arms and Flag of the Omsk Region". First of these documents provides for the establishment of administrative liability for violating the rules of grazing farm animals. Besides, the scope of administrative responsibility for violation of placement rules is clarified and (or) operation of non-stationary retail facilities. The second one expands possibilities for using the coat of arms of the Omsk region.
