In the Omsk region, issues of training professional personnel are given serious attention.
A system of interdepartmental interaction has emerged. These include coordination councils on personnel policy, professional development education, and a network of industry councils
on staffing issues.

Secondary vocational education is in demand in the region. So in the current academic year, if there are about 12 thousand budget places in colleges, More than 25 thousand applications were submitted. Institutions are staffed at 100 percent.

The most in demand specialties are related to industrial production, information technology, construction, agricultural sector, education, service sector.
Omsk region is active participated in the implementation of federal projects “Young Professionals”, "Professionalism".

Over three years of implementation of the “Young Professionals” project, the material and technical base has been updated professional educational organizations. More than 30 workshops have been opened various directions, where students use modern educational equipment practically get to know the profession. In the coming years it is planned to create about two dozen workshops.

On the first of September at the Omsk base Agricultural University opened an educational and production center with the participation of 10 large enterprises in the region.

Updated educational infrastructure, opening of new workshops and educational laboratories will help immerse students in the work process.
For these purposes it is aimed more than 125 million rubles from various sources, including funds partner companies.

In 2023 it is planned to open an educational and production cluster in the industry "Mechanical Engineering". Already today there are people interested in close cooperation large enterprises.

We certainly will develop this project, gradually involve all sectors of our economy in it region.

One of the capacious markets labor is the education sector. At the beginning of the school year The region was faced with a need for teaching staff.
The complex is used events together with Omsk Pedagogical University, Institute of Development education of the region.

This is also working with schoolchildren for early career guidance, and agreements on targeted training, and mentoring in the workplace, and a complex measures of social support for teachers.

At the same time, we believe possible to consider issues of providing support from their federal budget for mortgage lending to young teachers under the age of 35, renewal training in colleges for subject specialists in Russian language, literature, mathematics, foreign language with the right to carry out pedagogical activities in basic general education.
