The event was chaired by the deputy of the regional parliament, chairman of the committee on education, science, culture and youth policy of the Legislative Assembly Sergei Modenov. First, those gathered heard a question about the work of the regional Ministry of Education in preparation for the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory, about specific events that are planned to be held. During the videoconference, they talked about the participation of young deputies in events dedicated to the celebration of Victory Day, about the holding of the All-Russian patriotic action “Sentry at the Victory Banner” in the Omsk Irtysh region, about the volunteer movement on the eve of the Victory celebration.



Reports were also made by representatives of the Omsk secondary school of the Omsk municipal district on the topic "On the activities of the school museum in the framework of the preparation and celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945"; Tara station of young tourists on the topic "Organization of search activities of the military-patriotic club "Search"; patriotic club "Young Karbyshevites" of secondary school No. 4 in Kalachinsk on the topic "Work of the patriotic club "Young Karbyshevtsy" in the framework of preparation and holding events for the 70th -anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945"; Nazyvaevskaya secondary school No. 1 on the topic "On the activation of patriotic education of schoolchildren as part of the implementation of a municipal project to prepare for the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945." 


Summarizing the results of the event, those present agreed on the need to intensify the patriotic education of youth and expand the exchange of experience in this direction and further broad interaction between government bodies, educational and public organizations
