The first issue the committee considered in the second reading was draft law No. 621-5 “On the regional budget for 2015 and for the planning period of 2016 and 2017.” Deputies discussed amendments to the bill. Some of them concerned an increase in expenses for supporting sports through the redistribution of budget funds. As a result, it was decided to recommend that the regional parliament adopt the draft law in the second, final reading, taking into account the conclusion of the amendment committee.
The committee's work plan for 2015 was approved. In addition, the deputies heard and took into account information, in particular, about changes in federal legislation from November 10, 2014 and about the need to amend regional laws.
