Today deputies committees on property and on legislation and local government discussed in detail the draft law "On the regional budget for 2018 and planning period 2019 and 2020" presented by the Minister of Finance Omsk region. He reported on the main budget parameters considered in first reading mode. We were talking about income, including tax and non-tax, total expenditures, regional budget surplus, as well as gratuitous revenues, state debt of the Omsk region and interbudgetary transfers to local budgets of the Omsk region. Following the discussion, the committees decided to recommend to the regional parliament to adopt the draft law in the first reading.
Among other issues, the committees considered proposals for the work plan Chamber of Control and Accounts of the Omsk Region for 2018.
