Bill prepared in connection with changes in federal legislation and provides for clarification of the powers of the state executive body authorities of the Omsk region in the field of environmental protection.

The second bill "On introducing changes in Article 5 of the Law of the Omsk Region "On the regulation of land relations in Omsk region" was developed with the aim of assigning powers to the Ministry of Property Relations of the Omsk Region on organizing land management works by describing the location boundaries of the Omsk region and the location of the boundaries of municipalities in territory of the Omsk region.

Next bill "On amendments to Article 5 of the Law of the Omsk Region "On the regulation of forest relations in the Omsk region" with its content is aimed at optimizing wood harvesting standards for residential heating. The draft law It is proposed to establish that for heating residential premises that have other types heating, except for stove heating located in Znamensky, Tarsky, Tevriz districts of the Omsk region, the owners of which had not previously carried out harvesting wood for residential heating premises due to the interruption of natural gas supply due to a decrease in pressure gas production wells of the Tevriz gas condensate field, timber will be harvested in within 30 cubic meters to create a reserve of wood in case possible interruption of natural gas supply gas followed by, depending on time of gas supply cutoff during the heating season, adjusting these volumes.



More one bill "On amendments to Article 2 of the Law of the Omsk Region" On amendments to Articles 2 and 3 of the Law Omsk region "On regulation forest relations of the Omsk region" brings the current law into compliance with federal legislation.
