Having considered the issue of appointment to the position of magistrate judges of the Omsk region, deputies discussed the revised draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region "On ensuring peace and quiet of citizens in the Omsk region." By the developer document was made by a committee.
As the authors note, the bill was developed on the basis law enforcement practice of internal affairs bodies. The draft law it is envisaged, in particular, to expand the list of facilities at which ensure peace and quiet of citizens. "It is proposed to include such objects residential buildings of blocked development, as well as premises and territories of organizations, providing services for temporary accommodation and (or) provision of temporary stay of citizens,” says the explanatory note.
“In addition, the list of actions that violate peace and quiet of citizens on the territory of the Omsk region, and also determines the types inaction that leads to disruption of the peace and quiet of citizens in the territory Omsk region," the developers note.

The bill proposes, in particular, to extend the deadline providing information on income, expenses, property and liabilities property nature for the reporting period from January 1 to December 31, 2019 by persons holding municipal positions, including deputies of representative bodies rural settlements of the Omsk region, exercising their powers in on a non-permanent basis and made transactions during the specified period, provided for in Part 1 of Article 3 of the Federal Law of December 3, 2012 No. 230-FZ, until August 1, 2020 inclusive.
