Articles related to development of municipal territories of the Omsk region, agro-industrial complex and ecology, there is quite a lot in the regional budget. They record existing needs in the financial resources of one or another state program and are aimed at solving strategic problems of the region’s development for the coming period, including in the sectors of agricultural production and environmental protection.

So state program "Agricultural Development and Market Regulation" agricultural products, raw materials and food of the Omsk region", on which the project under discussion provides for more than 2.9 billion rubles, must resolve issues of ensuring food security of the Omsk region, improving the quality of life rural population, increased efficiency of use in agriculture land and other resources, greening agricultural production and etc.
State The program "Environmental Protection of the Omsk Region" pursues its aiming to improve the level of environmental security, conservation of natural systems and rational environmental management in the Omsk region. In the regional budget for its implementation when considering the second reading included 299.9 million rubles.



Having met the main expenditure obligations for the activities of the committee, the deputies asked a whole series of specific questions about the possibility of increasing individual articles of the proposed regional budget due to their insufficient financial security, and received detailed answers to them. After this, according to the procedure, committee deputies recommended that the Legislative Assembly adopt the bill in the second reading.

The second issue the committee considered was the project resolution of the Government of the Omsk region on amendments to one of current regulations that relate to the implementation of state program of the Omsk region "Integrated development of rural areas of Omsk region". It was taken into account without comments or suggestions.
