At a regular meeting, the Committee on Economic Policy and Investments of the regional parliament considered a bill amending the regional law “On certain issues of support for small and medium-sized businesses in the Omsk region” and other issues div>
Draft Law No. 629-5 “On amendments to Article 3 of the Law of the Omsk Region “On certain issues of support for small and medium-sized businesses in the Omsk Region” was considered one of the first items on the agenda of the meeting. Deputies discussed the amendment, submitted to the bill, in accordance with which the categories of small and medium-sized businesses that have the right to pay in installments for real estate owned by the Omsk region or municipal property and acquired by them when exercising the preemptive right to purchase leased property are specified. Namely, it is provided that. the period for such an installment plan will be “eight years for micro-enterprises and five years for other categories of small and medium-sized businesses.” In general, it was decided to recommend that the regional parliament adopt the bill in the second, final reading, taking into account the conclusion of the committee on the amendment. Among others. The committee discussed the bills presented at the meeting and decided to recommend that the Legislative Assembly adopt for consideration the draft law “On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region “On State Regulation of the Use of Subsoil in the Omsk Region.” It was developed in connection with changes in federal legislation regarding the establishment of the procedure for providing subsoil plots of local importance for use. The powers of the executive authorities of the Omsk region in the field of subsoil use are being clarified. Deputies also reviewed information about the committee’s activities in 2014 and the implementation of the committee’s work plan. In addition, we decided to recommend that the regional parliament approve the Legislative Assembly Legislative Work Plan for 2015.
