The first issue the committee discussed was the draft law “On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region “On Remuneration of Workers of Organizations Financed from the Regional Budget”, presented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Omsk Region. The draft law provides for the right of the Government of the Omsk Region to adopt normative legal acts of the Omsk region on the establishment of remuneration systems for employees of organizations financed from the regional budget. It was decided to recommend the said bill to the regional parliament for consideration.
For consideration, the committee decided to recommend that the Legislative Assembly also adopt the draft law “On the budget of the territorial compulsory medical fund.” insurance of the Omsk region for 2015 and for the planning period of 2016 and 2017."
Deputies also heard, discussed and decided to take into account the information of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Omsk region on the implementation of regional laws "On the cost of living of a pensioner in the Omsk region for 2013" and "On additional guarantees for the protection of property interests of socially protected citizens" in 2013.
Among other issues, proposals for the committee’s work plan for 2015 and for the work plan of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of the Omsk Region for 2015 were discussed.
