Deputies of the property committee of the regional parliament on February 10, 2023, at a regular meeting, considered the issues of providing living quarters for orphans and children left without parental care, as well as vesting executive authorities with the powers to issue orders on the transfer of movable property and made decisions on other issues.
Deputies began the meeting with
discussion of the draft law of the Omsk region
"On amendments to Article 1.1 of the Law of the Omsk Region "On
implementation of local government reform in the Omsk region."
This bill has been prepared to eliminate unnecessary administrative
procedures. The adoption of the law will optimize the work of executive bodies
authorities of the Omsk region on issues related to the transfer of movable property,
acquired within the framework of government programs, to the municipal
property, and will also reduce time costs from the moment of acquisition
the relevant property before its transfer to the interested municipalities
education.
Having considered the draft law, parliamentarians decided to recommend that the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region adopt
draft law of the Omsk region "On amendments to Article 1.1 of the Law
Omsk region "On the implementation of local government reform in the territory
Omsk region" for consideration.

"Filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with the necessary
information" for 2022–2024
years (in pursuance of subparagraph
"a" of paragraph 2 of the List of instructions on the implementation of state
program "National Spatial Data System",
approved by the President of the Russian Federation dated August 11, 2022 No.
Pr-1424).
Having considered the information from executive authorities
Omsk Region and the Office of the Federal State Registration Service,
cadastre and cartography for the Omsk region on the implementation of the "road
cards", the committee took note of it, and also decided to return to
consideration of this issue in the fourth quarter of 2023.
