The meeting was held under chairmanship of the Governor of the Omsk region Vitaly Khotsenko and Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Alexander Artemov with participation of deputies of the regional parliament, representatives of the state authorities, chairmen of district councils, heads of municipalities.


Event began with the awarding of the Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Murat Adyrbaev and awarding him the title of “Honorary Citizen of the Omsk Region” for his special long-term fruitful social and political activity, great contribution to health protection and acquired authority among residents of the Omsk region.



Opening the meeting, Alexander Artemov noted the importance of resuming a good tradition - holding joint meetings at which results: “Today, once again, both branches of municipal government, members of the government, heads of regional executive authorities, deputies of the Legislative Assembly gathered in this hall." He also expressed hope for teamwork in the next year.



According to The agenda included consideration of the features of financial support for powers local governments in 2024. The meeting participants summed up the results implementation of activities of the regional program of the Omsk region "Modernization primary health care in the Omsk region for 2021-2025", analyzed the work done and discussed plans for the next year. Also on joint meeting got acquainted with the practice of implementing the program "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" and the project "Historical park "Sibirsky Posad" in the city of Nazyvaevsk.



Next participants focused on organizational issues. Including presented information about the work and composition of the presidium of the Council of Chairmen of Representative bodies of municipal districts of the Omsk region and the city district of Omsk under the Chairman Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region.

When making a decision, marked positive results of the work of the presidium of the Council for interaction with authorities state power and local self-government. It was also decided continue the work of the Council Presidium in accordance with the approved plan.

In conclusion, Alexander Artemov presented information on the composition of the Council Presidium. After discussion It was decided to elect the Presidium of the Council in the present composition. For all considered decisions have been made on issues.
