Having considered the question of appointment to the post of justice of the peace in the Omsk region, deputies heard information from the Main State Legal Department of Omsk region on the draft law of the Omsk region "On Amendments to the Law Omsk region "On administrative commissions in the Omsk region."



It was noted that the innovations introduced into the law relate to the timing of inspections, implementation by local government bodies of the Omsk region of state powers to create administrative commissions, including ensuring their activities, the procedure for appointing members of administrative commissions, qualification requirements for members of administrative commissions, conducting meetings of administrative commissions.



Project law was prepared taking into account the recommendations of parliamentary hearings on the topic “On implementation of the Law of the Omsk Region of March 3, 2003 No. 428-03 “On administrative commissions in the Omsk region". Administrative commissions municipalities of the Omsk region: results and problems of activity", held on May 26, 2021 by a committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region on legislation and local self-government, as well as proposals from authorities local government of municipal districts of the Omsk region.
