Today at the meeting, parliamentarians discussed in detail the draft law of the main financial document of the Omsk region for the next three years. With detailed information about The Deputy Chairman spoke to the committee members about the volume of funding Government of the Omsk region, Minister of Finance of the Omsk region. There were also Members of relevant ministries were invited.

Committee got acquainted with the program structure of the regional budget. Among the presented expenses for these purposes for deputies of the Committee on Agrarian Policy, Natural Resources resources and ecology were of particular interest to government programs, which are within the competence of the committee.



B During the work, the agrarian deputies returned to discussing financing issues state programs "Development of agriculture and regulation of markets agricultural products, raw materials and food of the Omsk region", "Environmental protection of the Omsk region", "Integrated development rural areas of the Omsk region."



Without no attention was paid to the distribution of expenses for national projects. Committee article by article reviewed the financing of the national project "Ecology", which provides implementation of regional projects "Clean Country", "Formation integrated system for handling solid municipal waste", "Clean Air", "Forest Conservation".



Deputies raised issues of financing development activities livestock farming, purchasing feed for farm animals. Having received detailed answers, it was decided to recommend that the regional parliament adopt Law of the Omsk region "On the regional budget for 2023 and for the planned period 2024 and 2025" in the second reading, taking into account the adopted amendments.
