The Legislative Assembly held a round table on the topic “On the development of outpatient medical care in the Omsk region,” organized by the social policy committee of the regional parliament. A wide range of participants gathered to discuss current issues on the stated topic: deputies of the Legislative Assembly and the Omsk City Council, representatives of regional ministries, the Federation of Omsk Trade Unions, medical institutions of the Omsk region, Omsk State Medical University (OMSMU), public organizations and the media.
Opening
event, Chairman of the Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region on
social policy Vadim Berezhnoy outlined the main tasks of the “round
table. He, in particular, noted that it is necessary to discuss the prospects
outpatient medical care and general practitioners' offices.
"There are issues that need to be discussed, and deputies of the Legislative
Meetings and the City Council form their position when resolving these issues in
further,” added Vadim Berezhnoy, encouraging his colleagues to open dialogue.

report, which provided detailed information on the development
outpatient medical care in the Omsk region, spoke
First Deputy Minister of Health of the Omsk Region Oleg Popov. In your
turn management of budgetary healthcare institutions of the Omsk region
"Medical Unit No. 7", "City Clinic No. 4" and "Tarskaya
Central District Hospital" using the example of these institutions, spoke about the organization
outpatient medical care. They paid special attention to organizing
work of general practitioners (family doctors) offices, problems, advantages
and the prospects of such offices.

"round table" touched upon the issues of the work of "hot lines"
at medical institutions and the regional Ministry of Health, registries, including
"electronic". We also talked about transport accessibility of medical
institutions, about the salaries of doctors, about medical examination of the population. All these
topics were discussed using the example of urban, regional and rural settlements.
Summing up
results of the event, it was decided to analyze the speeches and
proposals during the discussion, and add them to the draft recommendations
"round table". By the way, in the prepared project we have already found our
reflection of current directions and specific measures for further development and
expansion of outpatient medical care in the Omsk region, in
including general practitioners' offices. This is a continuation of work to provide social and medical
services in social service organizations, development of sanitary
aviation and other events.
