Then a plenary session took place, which opened by the Chairman of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Youth politics of the regional parliament Vladimir Polovinko.
With main report on the implementation of the Concept for the development of additional education for children, approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated September 4 2014 No. 1726-r, the leader spoke on the territory of the Omsk region Department of Preschool, General, Additional Education and Personnel development of the education system of the Ministry of Education of the Omsk Region Elena Kupriyanova. She reported that in the Omsk region the opportunity to receive additional education is provided by state and municipal organizations of various departmental affiliations (education, culture, sports and others), and also private (commercial and non-profit) organizations and individual entrepreneurs.
Currently time in the region additional educational programs are being implemented in 194 organizations, 98 of which are in the education sector (92 municipal and 6 state institutions of further education), 30 organizations - by industry sports, 66 – in the cultural sector. Classes are conducted according to various programs orientation: technical, natural science, sports, artistic, tourism and local history, social and pedagogical.
Besides, for maximum accessibility of distance additional education widely the capabilities of 35 regional and municipal resource centers are used informatization of education and the Internet environment created on their basis. Another new one a trend both for education in general and for additional education in in particular, there was the involvement in the educational process of children with disabilities and disabled children. Systematic work is underway in the region to create conditions for involvement children and youth in regular physical education and sports as in the process educational activities and during extracurricular hours.



In your Director of the Department of Education of the Omsk City Administration Ekaterina Spekhova spoke about the results of the activities of subordinate budgetary educational institutions of additional education in the city of Omsk implementation of the first stage of the Development Concept additional education for children, and the deputy director of the BUOO DO "Regional station for young naturalists" Natalya Gontareva spoke about the results activities of the Regional Resource Center for Natural Sciences as part of the implementation of stage I Concepts for the development of additional education for children.
During discussion of the main issue on the agenda, it was also about problems and prospects in the system of additional education. They talked about the deterioration of material and technical base, the lag in equipping additional education institutions with modern equipment, machinery, lack of specialists, as well as insufficient number of programs designed for children aged 14 to 18 years. For example, to consider the possibility of creating motivation mechanisms business in the development of additional education for children. In general, it was noted that in our region the system of additional education for children has a good development potential, including remote and network opportunities interactions.
