Committee deputies examined in detail the bill "On the regional budget for 2018 and planning period 2019 and 2020" for compliance with the requirements of Article 12 Law of the Omsk region "On the budget process in the Omsk region". As a result The committee noted that the composition of the documents and materials presented in Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region by the Government of the Omsk Region in the package with the draft regional budget for 2018 and for the planning period 2019 and 2020 years, corresponds to the established list.

Besides, The committee decided to recommend to the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Omsk region to send the draft law of the Omsk region No. 995-6 "On regional budget for 2018 and for the planning period 2019 and 2020" to the committees Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, other subjects of law legislative initiative, to the Chamber of Control and Accounts of the Omsk Region for preparation of opinions on the said bill, containing proposals for its acceptance or rejection, as well as comments and suggestions on the main indicators of the regional budget considered in the first reading.

Also it was decided to propose to the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region to appoint holding public hearings on the draft regional budget for 2018 and the planned period 2019 and 2020 on November 21, 2017 at 15:00 in the Government conference hall Omsk region.
