On May 26, 2022, a regular meeting of the working group was held under the Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region on Property to develop a draft law of the Omsk Region "On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region dated July 6, 2005 No. 652- OZ "On property management of the Omsk region."
The meeting was chaired by the head
working group, member of the property committee of the regional parliament Igor
Popova.
"We will listen to the opinions of all interested parties and develop
position," said Igor Popov, opening the meeting. Participants of the working
groups made specific proposals for amending the regional law
“On property management of the Omsk region”, discussing two relevant bills. One
was prepared by a working group under the committee, another by the Ministry
property relations of the Omsk region. The proposed changes concern, in
in particular, accounting for property owned by the Omsk region,
accounting objects, state registration of rights to real estate in the Omsk region
property.
Based on the results of the discussion, it was decided, in particular, to offer participants
the working group should send their proposals to the submitted bills by June 20
2022. In addition, the working group was asked to finalize the draft law
Omsk region "On amendments to the Law of the Omsk region of July 6, 2005
No. 652-OZ "On management
property of the Omsk region" taking into account the amendments made to the Charter
(Basic Law) of the Omsk Region to bring it into conformity with the Federal
Law of December 21, 2021 No. 414-FZ "On the general principles of organization
public authorities from the constituent entities of the Russian Federation." Regular meeting
working group is scheduled to meet on June 29, 2022.
The first meeting of the working group was held on March 24, 2022
year. It was created in February 2022. The need to make changes to
regional law on property management of the Omsk region arose in connection with
adoption of Federal Law No. 414-FZ of December 21, 2021 “On General
principles of organization of public power in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation" and
in accordance with paragraph 13 of the Legislative Work Plan
Meetings of the Omsk region for 2022. The working group included:
in particular, members of the property committee of the regional parliament, representatives
Ministry of Property Relations of the Omsk Region, Main
State Legal Administration of the Omsk Region, Prosecutor's Office of the Omsk Region.
