The first meeting of the working group took place on March 24, 2022 year. The need to amend the regional law on management property of the Omsk region arose in connection with the adoption of the Federal Law dated December 21, 2021 No. 414-FZ "On the general principles of organizing public authorities in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation" and in accordance with paragraph 13 Plan of legislative work of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region for 2022 year.



To bring regional legislation in the field management of regional property in accordance with the innovations of the specified federal law, the working group is developing a corresponding draft law Omsk region. It will establish, in particular, what property can be owned by the Omsk region, and other issues related to the management and disposal of Omsk property areas.



At today's meeting of the working group, the chairman Property Committee Igor Zuga invited those present to consider a new version of the bill "On the management and disposal of property of the Omsk region".
