Special guests of the forum were the Governor and the Chairman Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region. In the welcoming speech to Alexander Burkov noted to forum participants: “Our Omsk forum “RITHM” lives in rhythm. It is constantly changing. You can be sure that you will be helped here determine the trajectory of your professional development, teach you how ideas turn into successful projects."
The Chairman also spoke about this Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region. Vladimir Varnavsky, addressing young Omsk residents, emphasized that the words President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, said to youth at the forum strategic initiatives and children - to schoolchildren from the "Big Break" in Artek that "... we are growing talented, bright, caring generation" for whom Russia is a huge space of opportunity" and that "our country needs interesting ideas and innovative proposals for young people" - this is exactly what the direction in which the younger generation needs to move. As an example of an interested attitude to the matter and social activity, the speaker of the regional parliament named the deputy of the Legislative Assembly, the chairman Youth Chamber Ilya Smirnov. Over the course of the year, young parliamentary colleagues held great work, formed a serious package of initiatives for the future, and many from the guys’ proposals are now being taken into development in municipalities and relevant ministries of the Omsk region.

They are also happy expressed support for projects on expanding support measures for young professionals working in rural areas, implementation of the youth initiative budgeting program as a tool involving active youth in local self-government and budget management territories, improving the position of youth in the labor market, creating for youth modern infrastructure.
The proposals were heard, and it is very likely that in the near future those of them, which have a real prospect for implementation, will be reflected in relevant state programs of the Omsk region.
