At the beginning of the meeting, deputies were presented with the developed committee draft law "On Amendments to Article 5 of the Law of the Omsk Region "On the regulation of land relations in the Omsk region." The bill it is proposed to make changes to the powers of the specially authorized body executive power of the Omsk region in the field of regulation of land relations in terms of reducing from six to four months the period during which public auctions are held for the sale of land plots agricultural purposes, and clarifying the reference standards for the provisions Federal Law of July 24, 2002 No. 101-FZ “On Land Turnover agricultural purposes." Deputies decided to recommend to the regional parliament to adopt the draft law for consideration.



It was also decided to recommend to the Legislative Committee for consideration The Assembly should adopt a new draft law “On Amendments to Certain laws of the Omsk region", prepared in order to improve living conditions citizens with three or more children, as well as increasing the efficiency of mechanisms provision of land plots located in the state or municipal property, certain categories of citizens in property for free.
The bill proposes, in particular, to establish the opportunity for citizens living in the city of Omsk to receive land plots in municipal districts of the Omsk region.
