In connection with the change in the federal Legislation Commission for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations and ensuring fire safety of the Omsk region is vested with the authority to making decisions on carrying out evacuation measures in the event of a threat occurrence or occurrence of emergency situations of regional or intermunicipal nature. IN including the draft law "On amendments to Articles 2 and 3 of the Law of the Omsk Region "On Regulation urban planning activities in the Omsk region", prepared at based on Federal Law of December 30, 2021 No. 447-FZ “On amendments to the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation." The project provides for subject of the Russian Federation the possibility of forming and maintaining a regional register unfinished capital construction projects in the manner established the highest executive body of state power of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

The deputies also discussed decided to approve the draft agreement between the Government of Omsk region (Russian Federation) and the Government of the Republic of Belarus about cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, technical, social, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
