Deputies discussed two issues related to the regional budget. One of them is about execution of the regional budget for the first half of 2019. Another is a project Law "On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region "On Regional budget for 2019 and for the planning period 2020 and 2021." It was decided accept in all readings. The changes affect the regional budget for 2019. Thus, it is planned to increase the total amount of income due to gratuitous income. In addition, in the expenditure side of the budget for 2019 the redistribution of budget allocations between the main managers is taken into account funds from the regional budget. The introduction of changes is due to the need for in particular, the implementation of indicators of the regional project "Export of Products Agro-industrial complex of the Omsk region." Funds regional budget are provided for the event "Participation in the creation Joint Stock Company Logistics Company "Grain of Siberia" in order to support of agricultural production." Also in All readings adopted the draft law "On the amount of subsistence minimum pensioner in the Omsk region for 2020", according to which the specified value is planned set at 8480 rubles.

This is, for example, a draft law "On amendments to the Code of the Omsk Region on Social Protection certain categories of citizens." It was prepared for the purpose of implementation on territory of the Omsk region of the regional project "Development and implementation programs for systemic support and improving the quality of life of older citizens generation" and in accordance with the list of activities aimed at ensuring delivery of persons over 65 years of age living in rural areas to medical organizations, including for additional screenings to identify certain socially significant non-communicable diseases. The project proposes to supplement the list provided social services by the corresponding urgent social service, providing such delivery.


< br> Was a draft of a new regional law was also presented - “On public teachers of minors in the Omsk region." The bill prepared to protect family and childhood, promote the implementation effective social policy in the field of preventing neglect and juvenile delinquency in the Omsk region. It is assumed that the creation of an institute of public educators will help increase level of preventive work to prevent neglect and homelessness of minors.

Deputies discussed other bills: “On Amendments to the Law Omsk region "On the budget of the territorial compulsory fund medical insurance Omsk region for 2019 and for the planning period 2020 and 2021", "On amendments to the article 3 of the Law of the Omsk Region “On Transport Tax”, “On Amendments to Certain Laws Omsk region in the field of budgetary legal relations."

Besides, questions about calling elections for the position of chairman were considered Chamber of Control and Accounts of the Omsk Region, on changing the composition of committees regional parliament, on the election of the deputy chairman of the Legislative Committee Meetings of the Omsk region on legislation and local self-government and others.
