Ministry natural resources and ecology of the Omsk region presented to the committee for consideration in the first and second readings of the draft law “On Amendments to Articles 4 and 5 of the Law of the Omsk Region "On Hunting and the Conservation of Hunting Resources in the Omsk region." The bill proposes, in in particular, to expand the list of hunting resources, the distribution of permits for the extraction of which in publicly accessible hunting areas lands of the Omsk region is carried out through random sampling (draw), new species (badger, wolverine, lynx). In addition, deadlines are set accepting applications from individuals to participate in the draw for a badger, wolverines, lynxes. It was decided to recommend this draft law to the regional parliament to adopt in the first and second readings.
