Chairman of the People's Council Donetsk People's Republic Vladimir Anatolyevich Bidyovka appealed to the Legislative Assembly Omsk region with a request to hold a meeting on regulatory issues social partnership in the sphere of labor on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic Republic.

On behalf of the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Omsk region Vladimir Varnavsky’s deputy took part in the meeting regional parliament, head faction "United Russia" in the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region Alexander Vasilyevich Artemov.

On the meeting agenda a draft DPR law was also submitted "On some issues of regulation of social partnership in the sphere of labor on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic" and the draft law of the DPR "On social partnership bodies in the Donetsk People's Republic Republic".

During the discussion, the participants noted that the social security system is successfully functioning in the Omsk region. partnerships between trade unions, employers and power.

At the regional level this activities are carried out by the regional tripartite commission for regulating social and labor relations.

The Agreement is in force in the Omsk region on social partnership for 2022-2024, concluded between Government of the Omsk Region, Omsk Regional Union of Trade Union Organizations "Federation of Omsk Trade Unions", Union "Omsk Regional Association employers."



Commenting on the results the discussion of draft laws and exchange of views took place, Alexander Artemov noted relevance of the issues considered and mutual readiness for joint big and responsible work.

- Today mutual satisfaction was expressed with the meeting held. We were useful to our Donetsk friends. On the other side, It was nice to hear warm words addressed to the leadership of the Legislative Assembly Omsk region and the Government of the Omsk region for the advice provided support today. I hope this work will continue further, because Now we are bringing the interaction of trade unions directly. In addition, a number of proposals on our part to develop further partnerships between regions,” emphasized Alexander Artemov.

During the discussion, the participants developed recommendations for organizing the functioning of the social partnership system in accordance with Labor Code of the Russian Federation, laws on social partnership.

In addition, problems were discussed at the meeting formation and development of a system of social partnership at the regional level, as well as the main issues of social partnership that arise in the current stage of its development.
