Essence proposed changes to regional legislation is to supplement Code of the Omsk Region on social protection of certain categories of citizens provision allowing early use of regional maternity funds (family) capital to pay for paid educational services for the implementation educational programs of preschool education for children aged up to 3 years or to pay for supervision and care services in private educational organizations implementing preschool educational programs education.

For today representatives of regional ministries were invited to the working group meeting education, finance, economics, labor and social development, as well as the Main state legal administration of the Omsk region, regional prosecutor's office and Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Omsk region.

Considering the draft law was developed, those present discussed the proposal presented at the meeting information from Omskstat, State Department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the Omsk Region, Main State Legal Administration of the Omsk Region, Ministry of Labor and Social development of the Omsk region. During the discussion of the bill, various suggestions and comments.

As a result, it was decided to recommend to the chairman of the Legislative Committee Meetings of the Omsk region on social policy, head of the working group Vadim Berezhny to submit a draft law “On Amendments to Article 41.1 of the Code Omsk region on social protection of certain categories of citizens" on consideration by the social policy committee of the regional parliament.
