Today the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region held two meetings. At the first, a bill on amendments to the regional budget for 2013 and for the planning period of 2014 and 2015 was considered, at the second, the issue of the socio-economic development of the Omsk region. Representatives of political parties not represented in the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region took part in the second meeting.
The agenda of the first meeting included the issue of the draft law of the Omsk region No. 527-5 “On amendments to the Law of the Omsk region “On the regional budget for 2013 and for the planning period of 2014 and 2015.” The document was developed in connection with the need to clarify the parameters of the Law of the Omsk Region "On the regional budget for 2013 and for the planning period of 2014 and 2015" on income, expenses and sources of financing the regional budget deficit. Having discussed the draft law, the deputies decided to adopt it in all readings. After this, another meeting of the regional parliament was held. Opening it, the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly, Vladimir Varnavsky, emphasized that the meeting was being held with the participation of representatives of political parties not represented in the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region. their specific proposals,” the speaker said, addressing the guests, and expressed hope for further constructive interaction between the authorities and various political forces.
The issue of socio-economic development of the Omsk region was put on the agenda. First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region Yuri Hamburg made a report on this topic. He focused the attention of the meeting participants on the interaction between the authorities and society in resolving issues of socio-economic development of the Omsk region, as well as on the progress in the implementation of the “May” Decrees of the President of Russia.
Then there were speeches by representatives of non-parliamentary parties. In particular, representatives of the regional branches of the "Republican Party of Russia - People's Freedom Party", "PARTY OF CASE", political party "Civic Platform", "Russian Ecological Party "Greens" and others.
They talked about social services for the population, about improving housing conditions of certain categories of citizens, tax climate, development of education, including secondary vocational education, gasification and water supply, environmental protection and other issues. The speakers made specific proposals for the further socio-economic development of the Omsk region. The Governor of the Omsk Region addressed the audience. Viktor Nazarov said, in particular: “A truly constructive dialogue took place today. We are glad to cooperate with you."
Summarizing the meeting and concluding the work of the Legislative Assembly in 2013, the speaker of the regional parliament Vladimir Varnavsky thanked the deputies, the Governor, the Government of the Omsk region, the public for their fruitful joint work and congratulated everyone on the upcoming New Year. < br>
