The program features interviews with deputies, including whom they tell Omsk residents about the draft laws being developed in the region, about new adopted laws of the Omsk region and the practice of their application.
The project allows residents of the region to learn about what is happening in the field regional and federal legislation, how pressing problems are solved citizens and the participation of people's representatives in this.

The program “Legislative Environment” is aired twice on Channel 12 per month.
