The Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region is holding a competition to fill the vacant position of the state civil service of the Omsk Region, chief specialist of the department of linguistic examination and systematization of legal administration legislation.

Qualification requirements for the level of professional education:

higher professional education in one of the specialties of the enlarged groups of specialties and areas of training "Humanities and Social Sciences";

without requirements for experience.

General qualification requirements for professional knowledge and skills of state civil employees of the Omsk region holding positions in the state civil service of the Omsk region in the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region:

knowledge of: the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Charter (Basic Law) of the Omsk region, legislation on the state civil service of the Russian Federation and the Omsk region, the fundamentals of state and municipal administration, regulatory legal acts regulating official activities, requirements for official behavior, rules and regulations of labor protection and fire protection;

skills: mastery of modern means, methods and technology of working with information, working with documents, planning official activities, mastery of the official business style of the modern Russian language, organization of personal work, planning personal time, working on a computer at the user level (Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail and network resources), using legal reference systems, copying equipment, telephone facilities and fax communications.

Citizens of the Russian Federation who have reached the age of 18, speak the state language of the Russian Federation, and who have expressed a desire to participate in the competition, submit to the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region:

a personal application addressed to the representative of the employer ;

a personally completed and signed application form (the form was approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 26, 2005 No. 667-r) with a photo attached;

a copy of the passport or a replacement document (the corresponding document is presented in person upon arrival at the competition);

documents confirming the necessary professional education, work experience and qualifications:

a copy of the work book (except for cases when official (labor) activity is carried out for the first time) or other documents , confirming the labor (official) activity of a citizen;

copies of documents on professional education, as well as, at the request of the citizen, on additional professional education, on the conferment of an academic degree, academic title, certified by a notary or personnel services at the place of work (service );

a document confirming that the citizen does not have a disease that prevents him from entering or completing the civil service;

a copy of the insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance;

a copy of the certificate of registration of an individual for registration with the tax authority at the place of residence on the territory of the Russian Federation;

a copy of military registration documents - for those liable for military service and persons subject to conscription for military service.
