Committee on property heard and thoroughly discussed information on the implementation measures to provide housing for orphans left without parental care in the Omsk region in 2018, presented by the Ministry property relations of the Omsk region, Ministry of Construction and Transport and road infrastructure of the Omsk region and the Ministry of Education of the Omsk regions; report of the Chamber of Control and Accounts Omsk region on the results of the control event "Check of government enterprise of the Omsk region "Center of Nutrient Mixtures" on issues management and disposal of property in the Omsk region for 2016-2018 years."
Big Deputies paid attention to the issues of regional property management, having heard information on monitoring the enforcement of the provisions of the Omsk law region dated April 26, 2013 "On the list of objects located in property of the Omsk region, not subject to alienation."
Besides, the committee discussed and decided to recommend to the regional parliament to accept consideration of the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region "On property management of the Omsk region." It provides independent implementation by the executive authority of the Omsk region in in the field of property management in the Omsk region, sales functions privatized property objects in the Omsk region, as well as the opportunity of the said body, by its decisions, entrust legal entities, a list of which approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, organize on behalf of Omsk region, in accordance with the established procedure, sale of privatized objects property of the Omsk region and (or) perform the functions of a seller of such objects.
Meeting of the Committee on Legislation and Local Self-Government traditionally began with the question of appointment to the post of justice of the peace in Omsk areas. Then, three draft laws were considered in the first reading. IN including the bill "On introducing amendments to certain laws of the Omsk region in the field of electoral legislation." The document was developed in connection with the adoption of the Federal Law of May 29, 2019 No. 104-FZ “On Amendments to Certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation."
