Ministry Labor and Social Development of the Omsk Region presented several bills to deputies. One of them is “On labor protection in the Omsk region.” The draft law has been prepared in order to implement the provisions of the federal legislation in the field of labor protection. It is provided, in particular, establishing a system to ensure the implementation of the main directions state policy in the field of labor protection in the Omsk region. Supposed, that the adoption of the law will ensure more active participation of the parties social partnership in addressing issues of compliance with labor protection requirements. Given It was decided to recommend the draft law to the regional parliament for consideration. Also discussed were draft laws amending the Omsk Region Code on social protection of certain categories of citizens. In addition, the deputies considered and decided to recommend that the regional parliament support the draft federal law No. 3324-7 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in order to ensure the right of children to recreation and health improvement, as well as protection of their life and health." The bill aimed at improving the legal regulation of recreation and recreation children in accordance with the main directions provided for by instructions President of the Russian Federation dated July 6, 2016.
