Currently in business circles and authorities of the Omsk region are widely discussing the issue of rental payments for land. Let us remind you that at a meeting of the regional government, held on May 31, 2017, by resolution of the Government of the Omsk region No. 108-P amendments were made that will take effect on January 1, 2018. At When considering this issue, speaker Vladimir Varnavsky emphasized that with entrepreneurs need individual work, everything should be carefully considered their suggestions and find a way out. Concluding the discussion, the First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region Andrei Novoselov spoke in favor of creation of a corresponding working group.
In the speaker's letter regional parliament notes:
"Dear Victor Ivanovich!
The government of the Omsk region adopted a resolution providing for changing the procedure for determining the amount of rent for land plots, owned by the Omsk region, and land plots, state property for which is not delimited, provided in lease without bidding (hereinafter referred to as land plots), effective from January 1 2018.
Due to the need to resolve issues related to calculations for rental payments for the period from May 11, 2015 to January 1, 2018, first Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region A.A. Novoselov on meeting of the Government of the Omsk region on May 31, 2017, a decision was made on creating a working group.
Considering the special social significance of promoting sustainable development entrepreneurship in the Omsk region and appeals from representatives business community, I ask you to expedite the adoption of the order providing creation of the specified working group, and consider the issue of inclusion in its composition deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region."
