Following the meeting a decision was made to prepare parliamentary hearings at which it is planned consider issues related to the protection of the rights of participants in shared construction apartment buildings in the Omsk region. Previously in the State The Duma of the Russian Federation held public hearings on the topic “Formation effective legislative mechanisms for protecting rights and legitimate interests participants in shared construction.”

Committee on Economic Policy and Investment decided to hold parliamentary meetings on July 25, 2017 at 4 p.m. hearings on the topic “On measures to protect the rights of participants in shared construction apartment buildings in the Omsk region." In discussing current questions will be attended by deputies of the Legislative Assembly, representatives Government of the Omsk region, prosecutor's office, territorial federal bodies executive authorities, current participants in shared construction and other interested parties.
