A wide range of participants gathered to discuss the current topic of personnel training for the defense industry: deputies of the regional parliament and the Youth Chamber of Deputies at the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, representatives of the regional ministries of education, labor and social development, youth affairs, physical culture and sports, The Main Directorate of the State Employment Service of the Omsk Region, universities, personnel management units of enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Omsk Region and other interested organizations.
Participants of the meeting heard reports on the regional system of career guidance for youth as a factor in staffing the defense industry enterprises of the Omsk region, the development of the regional education system to provide personnel for the defense industry enterprises, the personnel management system of the defense industry enterprises of the Omsk region. During their discussion, a serious conversation took place, during which deputies, representatives of educational institutions and defense industry enterprises identified the main problems, and also expressed their proposals for resolving issues of training young personnel.
It was noted, in particular, that in the Omsk region the foundations for the formation of a vocational guidance system are laid down in the Concept for the development of relations in the sphere of labor and employment of the population of the Omsk region until 2020. The education system of the Omsk Irtysh region, in accordance with the legislation, is aimed at providing educational services that help meet the needs of enterprises and organizations in the Omsk region for qualified personnel. The participants also agreed that recently new trends have emerged that contribute to the growth of the attractiveness of defense industry enterprises as an area of ​​employment. Summing up the meeting, its participants reviewed the draft recommendations.
