At the Assembly, the lyceum students were interested in everything: from how looks inside the regional parliament building, before work is carried out in committees, how the voting procedure works. Therefore, the program of the event was intense.



An educational lecture was held for the children about the history of the building Legislative Assembly, were introduced to the materials of the exhibition of the regional parliament, where documents on the formation of the Legislative Meetings, photographs of deputies of all seven convocations of the Assembly and other exhibits.



Schoolchildren visited the ceremonial hall events Legislative Assembly, were able to see books and various materials about Parliament, presented at the stand dedicated to the 30th anniversary of activity Meetings.



The main part of the event took place in hall where they are held plenary sessions. The children were told about the structure of the regional parliament, about its committees, factions, the Youth Chamber of Deputies at the Legislative Meetings of the Omsk region, on the interaction of parliament with regional councils. Lyceum students also learned about the work of the Assembly’s information technology complex.

The guys were interested in what laws of the Omsk region are aimed for the development of education, culture and sports, for supporting youth, and what the specific measures they provide for. In a word, there was an interested, lively talk.



Concluding the event, the Speaker of Parliament Alexander Artemov noted the importance of a patriotic spirit, preservation of cultural traditions, historical memory and wished the lyceum students success in their studies, to be proactive, and not to lose precious time to make every day useful.
