As part of the main topic of the event, committee deputies and representatives of the regional Ministry of Property Relations discussed a wide range of issues. On the agenda were reports “On the results of the implementation of the departmental target program “Formation and development of property in the Omsk region for 2012-2015” in 2012-2013”, “State cadastral valuation of certain categories of land in the Omsk region”, “Registration of real estate in territory of the Omsk region" and "Acquisition of real estate objects to the treasury of the Omsk region in order to improve the quality of life of the population and develop social infrastructure."
The discussion was about the registration of property rights of municipalities and the Omsk region to real estate objects, about the dynamics of registration of technical documentation in regarding buildings, structures, structures, land plots, as well as the acquisition of kindergartens and other facilities into the regional treasury. Discussing the conduct and results of the cadastral assessment of agricultural lands, we talked about soil maps, the condition of agricultural lands, and the disposal of land plots. The event participants paid much attention to the issues of purchasing and operating residential premises for orphans. During the discussion, deputies and representatives of the ministry expressed various proposals for the management of regional and municipal real estate.
At the end of the meeting, those gathered reviewed the draft recommendations of the round table and decided to finalize them taking into account the proposals made. In addition, it was noted that this format of interaction between representative and executive authorities certainly helps to identify bottlenecks in the implementation of regulatory legal acts in practice and to develop further ways to improve legislation.
