Project Law "On the regional budget for 2018 and for the planning period 2019 and 2020 years" was presented to the deputies by the Minister of Finance of the Omsk Region. He spoke in detail about the main parameters of the main financial document of the Omsk Irtysh region, considered in the first reading mode. We were talking about the total amount of income, in including tax and non-tax expenses, budget surplus, gratuitous receipts, interbudgetary transfers to municipal districts of the Omsk region and the volume of public debt of the Omsk region. Based on the results discussion, it was decided to recommend that the Legislative Assembly adopt the draft law in the first reading, taking into account the proposals of the committee.
At the meeting the committee’s proposals for the work plan were also considered and approved Chamber of Control and Accounts of the Omsk Region for 2018.
