Meeting began with the consideration of the draft law of the Omsk region No. 1623-7 “On introducing amendments to certain laws of the Omsk region."

Data The bill provides for amendments to the Omsk Region Code on social protection of certain categories of citizens in order to speed up the procedure providing cash payments as another measure of social support large families registered for the purpose of free provision of ownership of a land plot for individual housing construction, in return for the provision of a land plot in accordance with the Code of the Omsk Region on social protection of certain categories of citizens. It is assumed that the law will take effect from July 1, 2023.
Parliamentarians unanimously recommended that the Legislative Assembly pass the law in all readings.



B As part of the agenda, the deputies got acquainted with the report “On the implementation state program of the Omsk region "Environmental protection of the Omsk region" in 2022".
After discussion of the report, the committee took note of the information and recommended Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Omsk Region to continue work in this direction.

Then legislators moved on to consider the draft resolution of the Omsk Government area "On amendments to certain resolutions Government of the Omsk Region." The committee members had no access to the project comments and suggestions, it was decided to take the draft resolution into account.



On at the meeting, parliamentarians were presented with information on the implementation state program of the Omsk region "Development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food Omsk region" in 2022. The goal of the program is sustainable development agriculture and rural areas of the Omsk region.
