Deputies first discussed the issue of appointment Justice of the Peace of the Omsk Region, after which they began to consider almost two dozens of bills.



Most of the projects concerned the transformation of all settlements that are part of the corresponding municipal district of Omsk region, by merging them with the endowment of the newly formed municipal education with the status of a municipal district.



Several bills considered were prepared in order to bring regional legislation into compliance with the provisions of federal legislation relating to basic guarantees voting rights and the right to participate in a referendum of citizens of the Russian Federations, as well as reductions cases of ticketless travel on public transport. Traditionally deputies discussed information on draft federal laws and appeals legislative bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. This time it was about bills and applications received by the committee in June-July 2024.
