The Ministry of Finance of the Omsk Region presented the bill to the committee. When considering the main financial document of the Omsk region for 2016, special attention was paid to such items as expenses for the implementation of the targeted investment program of the Omsk region, road infrastructure, housing and communal services, communications and information technology, development of the transport system, support for small and medium-sized businesses. As a result, the committee decided to recommend that the Legislative Assembly adopt the draft law in the first reading.
Deputies also discussed the draft law "On the organization of regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road and urban ground electric transport in municipal and intermunicipal traffic, water transport in suburban and intermunicipal traffic, and railway transport in suburban traffic in the Omsk region." It was decided to recommend that the regional parliament adopt the bill in the first reading, taking into account the comments and proposals of the committee, and in the second reading.
