Immediately in two readings, deputies considered the draft law of the Omsk region No. 1752-7 "On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region "On Environmental Protection" environment in the Omsk region."
Given the document was prepared in connection with the adoption of the Federal Law of August 4, 2023 No. 469-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Natural Resources" healing resources, medical and recreational areas and resorts", certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation and the recognition as invalid of certain provisions of legislative acts of the Russian Federation", coming into force on September 1, 2024 year.

Specified The federal law establishes that a medical and recreational area and resorts may have federal or regional significance. Having discussed bill, the deputies decided to recommend that the regional parliament adopt the draft law in the first and second readings.



On consideration of the committee, draft law of the Omsk region No. 1764-7 “On introducing amendments to Article 5 of the Law of the Omsk Region "On Regulation forest relations in the Omsk region", presented by the regional ministry natural resources and ecology.

Members committee heard a report on the implementation and monitoring of law enforcement Law of the Omsk region dated December 28, 2022 No. 2548-OZ “On regional state control (supervision) in the field of technical condition and operation of attractions on the territory of the Omsk region." Also at the meeting, deputies got acquainted with information on the implementation of state programs of the Omsk region "Integrated development of rural areas of Omsk region" and "Environmental protection of the Omsk region" in 2023.

IN completion parliamentarians discussed and took note of the draft resolution Government of the Omsk region "On amendments to the resolution Government of the Omsk Region dated October 28, 2023 No. 581." Project provides for adjustment of the volume of financing of the state program "Development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural markets products, raw materials and food of the Omsk region", names, planned values, methods for calculating some indicators and results (inclusion of new results) of individual activities of the state program.
