In addition to the deputies of the Legislative Assembly, the committee attended by Oleg Seliverstov, General Director of OJSC Omsk Airport, Anton Zaev, Deputy Prime Minister Omsk region, Evgeny Kozlov, Minister of Property Relations, Anna Negoduiko, Minister of Economy of Omsk region, as well as representatives of the Government of the Omsk region and the Administration of the city of Omsk, Omsk customs, Omsk branch ATS center "Air navigation of Western Siberia" FSUE "State Corporation for ATM".



The meeting began with a tour of Omsk airport (Central). The meeting participants got acquainted in detail with the work of ground services and individual units airlines.

Directly at the plenary session, the deputies received a comprehensive information about the development strategy of the JSC "Omsk Airport", performance indicators of its activities, existing problems and possible ways to solve them.
Some of the unresolved issues have a long history. Five years ago, committee deputies also came to OJSC Omsk Airport on property, but still some of those recommended by parliamentarians activities were not implemented due to one reason or another.



In particular, about this spoke the heads of relevant ministries. They clearly outlined the position of the Government of the Omsk region regarding the location OJSC "Omsk Airport" in infrastructure programs of the region, including those related to the development of the route network within Russia, which the subjects of the federation are oriented towards by the Government of the Russian Federation Federation. They also assessed the strategy that for the coming years developed by OJSC "Omsk Airport" and its investment potential.

Comprehensive analysis of the state of affairs and the points presented view on existing problems allowed the deputies to formulate a list of recommendations that, according to parliamentarians, will help the aviation enterprise to reach a new level of efficiency and effectiveness. A steady trend observed in recent years at Omsk Airport OJSC on cost optimization provides compelling reasons for optimistic forecasts and real prospects for its development.

In the decision made the company was recommended to adjust its Development Strategy for 2022-2024 years, taking into account the current socio-economic conditions and continue working on the opening of new destinations and flights from Omsk (Central) airport.
OJSC "Omsk Airport" was also proposed to carry out the following activities: reconstruction runway and taxiway, replacement of light signal equipment, expansion of stormwater treatment facilities, reconstruction station area and utilities, construction of a freight terminal.
The deputies addressed the Governor with a separate proposal Omsk region to Alexander Burkov with request for an expedited resolution of the issue regarding the construction of the Omsk - Fedorovka airport and the possibility of allocating in 2023, budget funds for updating the material and technical base of the JSC "Omsk Airport". In addition, a proposal was sent to the Governor to the possibility of including a member of the committee on the board of directors of the enterprise property.

On the road the meeting also determined the composition working group under the property committee on legislative regulation of property accounting principles Omsk region and reviewed information about projects federal laws and appeals from legislative (representative) bodies state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation received by the committee during the period between meetings.
