The participants heard reports on the modernization of the system of emergency medical care in the Omsk region and on the work of the Emergency Medical Care Station. The discussion was, first of all, about measures aimed at increasing the availability and quality of emergency medical care to the population. It was noted that in 2013, a unified ambulance dispatch service was created, equipped with an automated control system for receiving and processing calls from emergency medical teams. In the BUZOO "SSMP", the AFIS-GLONASS software package was installed and put into operation, which made it possible to significantly speed up the process of transmitting information about incoming calls both directly to emergency medical teams (EMS) and to the operational dispatch service "03". All incoming information is recorded on electronic media. The program allows you to evaluate the quality of medical care provided to sick and injured people online by the senior doctor on duty and makes it possible to make an additional decision.
